๐Ÿฅ Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Los Angeles

Our most intensive outpatient program โ€” full days of evidence-based treatment with the freedom to go home each evening. Ideal for early recovery or stepping down from inpatient care.

What is a Partial Hospitalization Program?

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) is the highest level of outpatient care available โ€” providing the intensity of residential treatment without requiring an overnight stay. Our Mission Hills PHP runs 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week, with a structured schedule of individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric care, and holistic therapies.

PHP is ideal for clients who need more support than IOP can provide but don't require 24-hour supervision โ€” including those stepping down from inpatient rehab and those whose addictions or co-occurring mental health conditions need intensive structure to stabilize.

A Typical PHP Day

Our PHP days follow a consistent structure to build the routine that recovery requires:

1
9:00 AM โ€” Check-In & Morning GroupDaily intention-setting, emotional check-in, and goals.
2
10:00 AM โ€” Process Group TherapyTherapist-led group exploring addiction, recovery, and life challenges.

Who Is PHP Right For?

  • In early recovery and need structure to stay sober
  • Stepping down from inpatient/residential rehab
  • Dealing with serious co-occurring mental health conditions
  • Unable to maintain sobriety with weekly therapy alone
  • Medically stable but need intensive psychiatric/therapeutic support

Recovery starts with a single call.
