Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is structured addiction treatment that meets 3 hours per day, 3-5 days per week โ including morning and evening options. It's intensive enough to support meaningful change, but flexible enough that you can continue working, parenting, or studying during treatment.
IOP is often the right step after completing PHP, or the right starting point for clients with milder substance use disorders, strong outside support, and no need for medical supervision.
Process groups, skills groups, and topic-focused groups led by licensed therapists.
One-on-one sessions with your primary therapist to work through personal challenges.
If indicated โ for co-occurring depression, anxiety, ADHD, or other mental health conditions.
Heal relationships damaged by addiction; build healthy family communication.
Identify your triggers, build coping skills, plan for high-risk situations.
Yoga, mindfulness, art therapy โ practices that calm the nervous system and rebuild well-being.
We know you might not be able to take time off work. That's why we offer evening and weekend IOP tracks โ so you can begin recovery without putting your career on hold.
Our admissions team is available 24/7 for a free, confidential consultation. There's no pressure, no judgment โ just real help from people who understand.
