PHP (Partial Hospitalization) is more intensive: 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week. It's our highest level of outpatient care. IOP (Intensive Outpatient) is 3 hours per day, 3-5 days per week — designed for people balancing recovery with work, school, or family.
Most clients spend 30-120 days in treatment depending on substance, severity, and co-occurring conditions. PHP typically lasts 4-6 weeks, followed by 8-12 weeks of IOP, then ongoing outpatient or alumni support.
Yes. Under the Affordable Care Act and Mental Health Parity Act, most insurance plans must cover substance use treatment. We accept 8 major insurance providers including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, and MHN.
Absolutely. We're fully HIPAA-compliant, and federal law (42 CFR Part 2) provides additional protections for substance use treatment records — stricter than standard medical privacy.
Yes — that's specifically why we offer outpatient programs. Many IOP clients continue working part-time. Evening and weekend sessions are available.
Yes. For opioid use disorder, we offer buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol). For alcohol use disorder, we offer naltrexone and acamprosate. MAT is combined with therapy for best outcomes.
We specialize in dual diagnosis treatment — addiction plus depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, or other conditions. Treating both together is essential for lasting recovery.
Same-day admissions are available when clinically appropriate. Most clients begin treatment within 24-48 hours of their first call.
Call us at (747) 500-7070. A specialist will do a brief assessment, verify your insurance, recommend a level of care, and schedule your start date — typically all in one phone call.
Yes. Addiction affects entire families. We offer family therapy and family education programs alongside individual treatment.
Our programs work for everyone regardless of belief. We offer optional faith-integrated programming for clients who want spiritually-rooted recovery, but it's never required.
We're outpatient only — we don't offer medical detox onsite. If you need detox first (typical for heavy alcohol or benzodiazepine use), we coordinate with trusted local detox partners, then admit you to PHP/IOP.
Our admissions team is available 24/7 for a free, confidential consultation. There's no pressure, no judgment — just real help from people who understand.
